DSI is an Authorized Agent for DIRECTV. DSI provides the Central Dish Solution to Apartment and Condominium Communities throughout Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. The Central Dish Solution alleviates the need for one dish per home. DSI has a contract with each of our buildings to serve DIRECTV as a television option. DSI takes all sales and service requests for the buildings we serve.
The answer is no, all sales and service calls must be handled by DSI. DIRECTV’s technology is one dish per unit or home, DSI’s technology is one dish per building. DIRECTV will not be able to add an additional satellite to the building, nor can they add a customer to DSI’s Central Dish System.

DSI has installed a digital antenna on the roof of your building to distribute signal throughout the building. DSI calls this service NWTV. DSI charges an access fee to maintain the antennae system which allows you to have TV service directly to the outlet in your home without a bulky and inefficient antenna in your window.
